    Alex Kravchenko

Hand #19 - Alex Kravchenko Doubles Through Philip Hilm

Hand #19 - Lee Childs has the button in seat 3, Philip Hilm raises from middle position to 600,000, Alex Kravchenko moves all in from the cutoff for 3.49 million, and Hilm thinks for about two minutes before he calls.

Kravchenko shows {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades}, and Hilm shows {A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}. Kravchenko is in a dominant position to double up here.

The flop comes {K-Clubs}{K-Spades}{J-Spades}, and Kravchenko leads with his queen kicker. However, it also opens up the possibility for a chopped pot.

The turn card is the {3-Hearts}, and Hilm needs an eight for the win, or a jack or a three for a chop.

The river card is the {2-Spades}, and Alex Kravchenko wins the pot with his queen kicker to double up to 7.58 million.

    A Concerned Wife

Jon Kalmar's wife called her husband over. She said something to the effect that his drunken friends were making him look bad. Over the last hour, they have been screaming, yelling, and even cursing while hands are in progress. They have not be escorted from the area, but Kalmar had to tell them to chill out a couple of times.

Aside from Kalmar's rowdy and drunken railbirds, it's been relatively quiet.
