Hand #179-- Scott Seiver Eliminates Dave Seidman to Win the $5,000 No-Limit Hold'em Event

Seiver called and Seidman raised to 200,000. Seiver called and the flop came {9-Spades} {7-Hearts} {3-Spades} and after Seidman checked Seiver bet 380,000. Seidman raised to 980,000, Seiver quickly moved all in and Seidman called.

Seiver's {K-Spades} {9-Clubs} was ahead of Seidman's {A-Diamonds} {7-Diamonds}, and as the crowd pushed closer the {5-Hearts} fell on the turn and the {3-Hearts} on the river. Seidman's hand didn't improve and, after so many players survived all ins today, Seidman was the last to have his hand fail to catch up. Dave Seidman wins $482,372 as today's runner up, but it's Scott Seiver who dominated this final table and led wire-to-wire to win the bracelet and the $755,891 first prize.
