Ralph Perry Eliminated in 9th Place ($177,600)

Ralph Perry - 9th Place
Omaha-8:

On a flop of {A-Clubs} {K-Clubs} {6-Clubs}, Huck Seed bet from the big blind, Ralph Perry raised, Seed three-bet, Perry four-bet all in and Seed called.

Perry {A-Spades} {J-Spades} {J-Clubs} {4-Clubs}

Seed {2-Diamonds} {3-Hearts} {7-Clubs} {Q-Clubs}

Perry had flopped the second-nut flush, but Seed had flopped the nut flush. The turn was the {10-Diamonds}, the river was the {K-Hearts} and Seed scooped the pot to eliminate Perry on the final table bubble.

Raymond Davis Eliminated in 10th Place ($177,600)

Raymond Davis - 10th Place
Raymond Davis - 10th Place
Hold'em:

After losing a Stud-8 hand to Scotty Nguyen that left him with just 300,000, Raymond Davis was all in before the flop with Patrick Bueno. And Davis looked to be in good shape, with {A-Diamonds} {K-Diamonds} to Patrick's {K-Hearts} {7-Clubs}. But the {7-Hearts} {7-Spades} {2-Clubs} flop crushed Davis' hopes and when the {5-Spades} and {5-Diamonds} fell on the turn and river Davis was out in 10th place.

Berman Counterfeited

Hold'em:

Lyle Berman raised from UTG, Erick Lindgren three-bet from the small blind and Berman called. The flop was {A-Diamonds} {J-Spades} {6-Hearts}. Lindgren bet and Berman called. The turn was the {9-Hearts}. Another bet from Lindgren and another call from Berman. Same story after the {9-Diamonds} on the river.

Berman's flopped two pair with {A-Clubs} {6-Diamonds} were counterfeited on the river and Lindgren took it down with his {A-Hearts} {K-Clubs}.

"Oh my God, I misread my hand!" exclaimed Berman, who thought he had A-8 instead of A-6. "Thank God-- I would have lost even more money to you!"

Barry Greenstein Takes a Pot From Patrick Bueno

Stud-8:

With the {K-Diamonds} {Q-Clubs} in the hole, Barry Greenstein had two pair by fourth street and Patrick Bueno called Greenstein's bets all the way until the two checked it down at the end. Bueno mucked when he saw Barry's kings and queens and Greenstein is back up to 1.6 million. Bueno is down to 700,000.

Berman Hits Miracle River to Double Up

Gutshot Wizard Lyle Berman

Stud:

Lyle Berman ({7-Spades} {2-Spades}) {5-Clubs} {6-Diamonds} {5-Hearts} {9-Clubs} ({8-Spades})

Erick Lindgren ({A-Hearts} {2-Hearts}) {10-Hearts} {J-Diamonds} {A-Spades} {J-Spades} ({4-Hearts})

Lyle Berman was all in on third street vs. Erick Lindgren. Lindgren made aces up by sixth street, but Berman caught a miracle {8-Spades} on the river, filling his gutshot straight draw. Berman took it down with a nine-high straight and doubled his short stack.
