Leading the Day 1b field is Adam Junglen, who at last count was up to over 83,000 in chips. Remy Biechel, James Akenhead, Phil Laak, and Isaac Haxton will also return tomorrow with healthy stacks.

. Most of the damage to Bellande's stack happened as a result of a collision with Adam Junglen awhile ago. He raised from under the gun, and Remy Biechel called from the button before Junglen reraised. Bellande the raised again, forcing Biechel to fold, but Junglen moved all in. After working the math, Bellande was forced to call with
offsuit. He was dominated by Junglen's 
and didn't improve.
John Phan opened for a 2,000 raise and James Akenhead flat-called. The flop came down 
and Akenhead check-called a 2,700 bet from Phan. The turn fell the 
. Akenhead checked, Phan bet 4,000 and Akenhead raised to 10,000 sending Phan into a very long think, which concluded in a disgusted fold. Phan's stack is down to 17,000 at present.
Could it be a lack of sleep that's catching up with Phan? The two-time bracelet winner impulsively jumped on a flight to London only last night, landing in the U.K. at ten this morning-- barely enough time to check into his hotel and sprint over to the Empire.
