What time is it? The clock has just ticked past 5:30 am here in Cyprus and the $25,000 High Roller Freeze-Out has finally ended. Perica Bukara is your champion and he walks away with a cool $373,207 in first-place prize money.
Bukara began the day leading the pack by a large margin. He never really stumbled all day and had his tournament in cruise control for the entire final day of play. There were only two small instances where Bukara didn't hold the chip lead and other than that, this was all about him finishing what he began yesterday.
Ori Miller put up a valiant effort to fight his way to second place, but in the end the two final competitors gave way to the long, stressful hours they spent at the table. They both looked extremely exhausted when things ended. Bukara did have enough energy, but only barely, to raise his hands above his head in victory.
That wraps up our coverage of the $25,000 High Roller Freeze-Out, but things aren't over for us here in Cyprus. We've still got the Main Event going on and that continues play tomorrow. We'll see you back here for that event right here on PokerNews starting at 2:00 pm.
