Day 3 completed

After all that waiting and confusion . . . we finally have a decision!
We're outta here!
With Joe Hachem still thirty minutes away, Huck Seed somewhere as well and Phil Hellmuth still in the Event #55: $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship, play has been called off for the night.
Instead of playing tonight, the seventeen players will return tomorrow at 11:00 am PST to play down to just one!
PokerNews will again be here providing continuous live updates, so make sure to stay tuned to us for the exclusive coverage of the WSOP Tournament of Champions!
Suddenly, the chips are out of the bags and the players are at the tables to play... one level?... of the TOC. Nobody's really sure what's going on, to be honest. It seemed that because Phil Hellmuth was still alive in Event 56 that there would be no TOC today. But a decision was made to play during the PLO dinner break in an effort to not force the players to come back early tomorrow morning. Phone calls were made and the remaining TOC players were hastily assembled.
We thought we were all set to get the cards in the air, but we're missing two players: Huck Seed and Joe Hachem. Seed is supposedly on his way, but Hachem was in bed and is at least a half hour away. The PLO dinner break clock is running, of course. So by the time Hachem gets here there will be less than an hour left on the clock.
We're therefore "on break" until Hachem gets here. Even though we haven't started yet. And even though we're probably playing less than one full level.

The Tournament of Champions has been called to attention here inside the Amazon Room. We understand that we will be treated to one whole level of action while the $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship breaks for dinner. The rest of the schedule for the night depends entirely on Phil Hellmuth, and we're pretty sure that's the way he prefers it anyway.
We'll be right back with some action, suddenly.
