Victor Sbrissa Eliminated in 8th Place (€116,100); Kyle Cheong Eliminated in 9th Place (€85,400)

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 3,000 ante

From middle position, Kyle Cheong raised to 200,000, which was just about all of his chips as he only had 29,000 behind. One seat over in the hijack seat was Team PokerStars Pro Vanessa Selbst, and she made the call. Then, play folded to Victor Sbrissa in the small blind, and he moved all in for 571,000. Cheong called all in for 229,000 total, but the real decision was on Selbst. She took about half a minute, somewhat shook her head at the spot she was put in, and called.

Selbst tabled the {A-Spades}{J-Diamonds}. Sbrissa had the {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}, and Cheong held the {K-Clubs}{J-Hearts}. With the only ace, Selbst seemed somewhat relieved with the shape she was now in.

The flop provided gold for Selbst when the {A-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{3-Spades} rolled out. Cheong picked up some help with a straight draw, but it was Selbst's aces out in front. The {5-Diamonds} on the turn added a flush draw for Sbrissa, but the {6-Clubs} on the river wouldn't do it.

Cheong had the least amount of chips and was awarded with ninth-place money, €85,400. Sbrissa had his kings cracked after cracking Alex Bilokur's aces with kings earlier, and he finished in eighth place for €116,100.

Selbst collected the pot — or should we say pile — and moved to well over 2 million. Updated chip counts will be posted shortly.
