Small Town Tour is new US poker show

The latest poker series due to hit the US airwaves is the Small Town Poker Tour Show.

The tour is set to travel the USA in search of the best amateur player in America. When the Tour arrives in a state, everyone who lives there is invited out to play, and 100% of the money is given to a local charity. The tour will travel all 50 States.

"We are going to take poker back to where it all started", Executive Producer, Mark Fracalossi said. "All the TV shows so far have featured high stakes, and flashy sets, but the roots of poker games can be found in every small town in the USA.

"Our goal is to make this a fund raising machine for the towns we visit."

The first states to be featured are New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusets, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. Poker players wanting to take part show should go to www.smalltownpokertour.com or call 570-204-7983.
