The Sunday Briefing: Huge Paydays on Both Full Tilt Poker and PokerStars

Prize pools were bumped up across the virtual felt on Sunday with Full Tilt’s FTOPS XIV coming to a close and PokerStars upping its Sunday Million Guarantee by $1 million. Huge paydays resulted. Pat “obiedman” O’Brien collected the biggest score on Sunday -- $539,350 for his win in FTOPS XIV Event #22. The Main Event was won by "zhivago2" for $418,839.16. He beat Kevin “ItsTime2Win” Pionkowski and Adam Junglen after the three struck a deal.

Meanwhile on PokerStars, over 18,000 entrants vied for the top prize in the Landmark Sunday Million. "Zadman5311" emerged victorious, claiming the first-place prize of $282,662.86.
