Global Poker Hosts Tuesday Tussle, Thursday Throttle & Weekly Bonanza

Global Poker

The WSOP has wound down, but the online action at Global Poker is heating up. In addition to plenty of Sunday major action, players can also get in on bonanza tournaments for seeing flops in cash games, and participate in SC$110 tournaments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Global Poker Bonanza

Players who see at least 500 flops over the course of the week can participate in the SC$5,000 Guaranteed Weekly Bonanza on Sundays at 4 p.m. EST that costs just SC$0.11 to enter. Qualifying is made simple as players can rack up their flops in both $weeps tables and/or Gold Coins tables.

If you aren’t able to grind out the 500 flops in the week, you can still play in a SC$0.11 buy-in tournament for seeing 50 flops on any given day in the Daily Bonanza. These tournaments offer up a SC$500 guarantee and run at 9 p.m. EST every day.

Tussle and Throttle

While the SC$50,000 guaranteed Sunday Scrimmage and the SC$20,000 guaranteed Sunday Teaser continue to run each and every Sunday, players can now also get in on some bigger action during the week.

On Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6 p.m. EST, players can participate in SC$110 buy-in tournaments that guarantee prize pools of SC$7,500 each. The Tuesday Tussle is a deepstack that sees players start with 5,000 chips and play to 10-minute blinds.

The Thursday Throttle starts players off with the same 5,000 chips, but goes a bit faster as the name suggests. Thursday’s tournament is a Turbo with blinds increasing every five minutes, so players can potentially get a big payout for just a short time investment.

If you haven’t yet checked out the daily and weekly tournament and cash game offerings at Global Poker, head there today to see what it’s all about.

Global Poker is solely available for players in the U.S. and Canada.
