Fortunately for Parmann, the board would run out to see him double to 54,000 as Colman slips to 98,000 in chips.
Tom Grigg opened to 10,000 from the button with Linh Tran making the call from the big blind.
The flop fell down and Tran checked to Grigg who opted to fire out 10,000 only to have the short-stacked Tran check-raise all in for 41,000. Grigg made the call to put Tran at risk on the bubble.

Grigg:
With Tran trailing and in need of one of the remaining queens in the deck, the on the turn gave him additional outs with any nine or eight seeing the pot chopped off.
As Tran stood behind his chair with his belongings packed in preparation to vacate the tournament area, the on the river would ensure his elimination on the bubble as twenty-three players clapped Grigg intensely for ensuring them a guaranteed $4,271 payday.
Tom Grigg opened to 10,000 from middle position with both Ardmore Vakalahi and Leo Boxell making the call from late position and the small blind respectively.
Grigg fired out a continuation bet of 15,000 on the flop with Vakalahi making the call as Boxell bumped it to 50,000. Grigg passed, but Vakalahi made the call as the rolled off on the turn and Boxell moved all in for roughly 100,000. Vakalahi made the call, and we were off to a showdown.

Boxell:
With Vakalahi drawing dead, the landed on the river to double Boxell up to 350,000 as Vakalahi is left crippled with 10,000 in chips.

Parmann:
In a similar hand to earlier in the day, it would be Colman at risk this time, and when the board yet again blanked out falling , the Melbournian was forced to exit the tournament in 23rd place as Parmann climbed over the 100,000-chip mark.
