Grigg Not Quite Owned

"You're about to get owned," were the words that came out of Koray Turker's mouth in the midst of the action in this hand involving Turker and Tom Grigg.

The action started when Koray Turker opened to 1,800 from the hijack. Grigg then raised it to 4,750 and this is when Turker told Grigg he was going to get owned as he popped it to 12,250. Grigg then quickly clicked it back with a min-raise, at which point Turker moved all-in, having Grigg well covered. Grigg snap-called and the players turned their hands over.

Turker: {a-Clubs} {5-Spades}

The two players continued to banter as the board was dealt out {5-Clubs} {j-Diamonds} {7-Spades} {k-Spades} {9-Clubs} with no help for Turker and the king on the turn enough to send the massive pot flying Grigg's way.
