From middle position Billy Argyros opened to 2,800 only to have Hao Tian three-bet to 6,900 next to act. With the action on Chenxiang Miao on the button, he four-bet to 10,500 before Argyros moved all in for 41,200. Both Tian and Miao made the call as the dealer dropped a flop. Yuanji Dai opened for 2,600 only to have Yoshitaka Okawa three-bet to 6,800 from the small blind. Team Online's Naoya Kihara then four-bet all in from the big for 34,000, Dai folded, and Okawa tank-called.

By the time we caught up with the action, there was already 30,000 or so in the pot and a board reading . Tom Middleton, who won the EPT Barcelona Main Event a couple months back, had shoved all in for his last 16,600 and Jonathan Depa was contemplating what to do. Hung-Sheng Lin moved all in from under the gun for 16,800 and Kai Sheng Yang called next to act. The action folded round to Anson Yan Shing Tsang in the big blind and he made it 36,500 total. Yang then announced he was all in for 90,600 and Tsang called all in for his 64,800 total.
