Thomas Ward had previously chipped up to more than one and a half million in chips. He then faced a raise by Junya Kubo to 120,000 from under the gun. Christopher "BIGTIME" Mateo three-bet to 340,000 from one seat over and Ward four-bet jammed for 1,580,000 in the small blind.

Kubo folded and Mateo only took a few seconds before he said "gamble" and pushed forward a stack for the call.

"Ace king?" Mateo inquired but Ward had a pair and dominating lead preflop.

Christopher Mateo raised to 130,000 and earned calls from Alex Chong as well as Thomas Ward out of the blinds. On a flop of KQ7, Chong was the only one to check-call a bet of 250,000 by Mateo.

Chong Loses Two Significant Pots
