The 2012 PokerStars.net APPT Macau: Asia Championship of Poker Main Event has reached Day 4, the penultimate day of play. Today, the last 22 players will return with their eyes set on the final table. Everyone left is in the money and guaranteed at least HKD$173,000 with Michael Kanaan leading the way.

Kanaan's finishing stack from last night of 627,500 just barely surpasses that of Andrew Gaw with 626,500. Over 100,000 then separates those two from third-place player Mike Watson before Raiden Kan and Ying Kit Chan round out the top five stacks.

Other notables still left in the field are Team PokerStars Pro Raymond Wu, Alan Sass, Andrew Hinrichsen and Aaron Lim.

The cards are scheduled to be in the air at 3:10 p.m. local time here in Macau, so be sure to stay tuned for all of the action coming to you shortly right here on PokerNews.
