Ryan Gentry, who as the bubble approached was very short-stacked (at one point seemingly all in blind), is now at a more healthy stack level of about 100,000. He got all in preflop holding pocket jacks against the A-Q of Yevgeniy Timoshenko. A ten-high board ensured that Gentry would win the hand.
Timoshenko has slipped back a bit to about 170,000.
On a flop of Michael Pedley led out with a bet of 10,000 from the big blind and Alexander Jung made the call from under the gun.
The turn brought the and Pedley fired out 20,000. Jung then announced he was all in for 51,000 in total. Pedley went into the tank, re-checked his cards and stated, "Well they're still the same," before making the call.
Pedley tabled for top pair, top kicker and found himself up against Jung's flush draw with .
The river landed the , missing Jung and sending him to the payout booth. Pedley is now up to a very healthy 175,000 in chips.

Casey Kastle also doubled. He got all in on a flop of holding and was called by Rober Karian, who held for a flush draw. Kastle dodged all the clubs with a turn of and a river of . Kastle now has 65,000.
A wild hand just took place on Table 3. Preflop, Richard Bonzon opened the pot for 6,000. He was called by Julio Diaz on the button before Guray Turkay reraised from the small blind to 15,500. Both other players called.
The flop was . Turkay shoved all in for 86,000. Bonzon elected to call all in for less, about 55,000. Diaz just shrugged and said, "Ok, I call," before tabling the nuts -- . He was way ahead of both other players. Turkay showed for a couple of backdoor draws, while Bonzon could only muster up middle pair with .
The on the turn gave Turkay a few outs to escape the hand without being eliminated, but he missed them all when the river fell .
The exits of Turkay and Bonzon were softened at the payout table where they each collected $8,250. Back at Table 3, Diaz now has 467,000 chips, almost double his nearest competitor.
All the money was in preflop. Moritz Schmejkal tabled ; Kou Vang showed . The flop was an excellent one for Vang when it came , but runner-runner clubs showed up to make a flush for Schmejkal. He now has 52,000, while Vang has fallen to about 165,000.
Casey Kastle found himself short and with pocket eights, a hand that perhaps is extremely lucky here in China. He pushed all in for 23,000 and was called by Daniel Francis, who tabled an eight of his own when he showed . Francis never improved when the board ran out .
Kastle now has 46,000, while Francis has slipped to 40,000.
