What is PokerPro?

For those of you that are unsure exactly what PokerPro, and in turn a PokerPro tournament is, here is an explanation.

PokerPro is a fully automated poker table that combines the speed and efficiency of online poker with the thrill and feel of playing a traditional live game.

Each table holds up to ten players and instead of real chips, each player has their own personal touch screen which controls all their betting actions. There is a larger monitor in the middle of each table that displays the pot size, player actions, community cards and stack sizes of each player.

When not in use for this tournament the tables can be set up for cash game use where the players can either purchase prepaid cards or deposit money into their own PokerPro account.

Today, all ten PokerPro tables in the Crown Poker Room are filled with tournament players who have each paid $1,050 to play in Event 2 of the Aussie Millions.
