Dong Down - Straight Sets BalugaWhale

Jonathan Karamalikis is done for. He went down in straight sets against Andrew "BalugaWhale" Seidman.

The final hand saw Karamalikis' chips go in with {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} against Seidman's {A-Spades}{k-Clubs}. The flop came {3-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} to leave the xMonsterxDongx drawing thin. The board completed {2-Spades} and {6-Diamonds} sending him out and advancing BalugaWhale to the second round.

Patel Eliminates Jordanou

Straight sets again, Emil Patel is through. Good start for the Deuces Cracked team with both Patel and Andrew Seidman advancing. They will be looking to join Vanessa Selbst who made the money yesterday.

Different Levels

David Saab and Jay Rosenkrantz are discussing thinking on different levels.

In a recent hand, the board was {8-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} and Saab bet 300 into 400 at the turn. Rosenkrantz made the call and the {9-Diamonds} hit the river.

Saab bet 1,000 and Krantz went into the tank. "I'm thinking on such a different level to you," said Saab.

"I have Jack high, you know why I bet? Because i'm a sicko," said Saab, continuing to run his mouth while Rosenkrantz tanked.

Krantz made the call and tabled {j-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts} for a flush to beat Saab's {8-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}.

"We're definately thinking on different levels" said Rosenkrantz.

Saab Doubles Back

David Saab has doubled back. Saab shoved {10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} and Rosenkrantz called with {5-Diamonds}{5-Spades}.

The flop was kind to Saab coming {9-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{a-Clubs} to give him a lot of outs and the {6-Diamonds} hit to give a straight. The river was the {3-Spades}.

Saab is back to almost even.

Rosenkrantz Ahead

Jay Rosenkrantz has taken a 1-0 advantage in his match against David Saab.

Krantz got it in bad with {k-Spades}{10-Hearts} against Saab's {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}. Things looked bleak through the {Q-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} flop and {7-Diamonds} turn. The {k-Diamonds} spiked the river though to put the Deuces Cracked founder ahead in the match.

Retallick's Everywhere

While Gary Retallick hold's a chip advantage in the first rubber of his match against Michael Watson, Sandra Retallick has just sat down to start her game against Roberto Romanello.

Elsewhere Andrew Seidman has just started the first of the second round matches against Michael McWhirter.
