Another Retallick into the Second Round

Gary Retallick will be hoping his second round fortunes are better than that of his wife Sandra, after he advanced from the first over Michael Watson in a hard fought and long match.

Sandra Retallick made the second, but was quickly bundled out by Dani Stern.

Gary will face Darren Woods in a round two match.

Langmann Locks It Up

Florian Langmann has tied his match up against Ron Beggs.

The key hand saw Langmann bet 900 on a flop of {10-Hearts}

. Beggs made the call and they both checked the {3-Diamonds}

on the turn.

The river was the {q-Spades}

and Beggs made a weird little bet of 200, with Langmann coming back over the top for 1,400. Beggs instantly called, but then mucked as soon as he saw Langmann's {j-Diamonds}

.

This left Langmann in a commanding position and he tied the match soon after.

Seidman Puts Second Round Behind

Andrew "BalugaWhale" Seidman has advanced to the third round to face Dani Stern, after ousting Michael McWhirter.

Seidman had to do it the hard way, making a comeback from a 1-0 deficit to claim the 2-1 victory.

Woods Whacks Retallick

The Retallick second round curse looks alive and well after Darren Woods took all but 150 of Gary Retallick's stack on just the second hand of their game.

Retallick now faces a huge battle to not go behind 1-0 against Woods.
