Dvaid Steicke limped in from the button and Jonathan Karamalikis made the call from the small blind before Erick Lindgren made it an additional 4,000 from the big.
Steicke called, but Karamalikis passed, as the dealer spread a 
flop. Lindgren continued for 13,000 with Steicke making the call as the 
rolled off on the turn.
