The dangerous, but short-stacked James Obst is the first person out from the final table.

He three-bet all-in after Mark Betts opened to 22,000. Betts took his time and made the call with {k-Hearts} {j-Hearts} . Obst was ahead with {a-Diamonds} {10-Diamonds} but was powerless to prevent the board running {2-Hearts} {j-Clubs} {a-Clubs} {k-Diamonds} {8-Spades} .

Betts moved into the chip lead with that win.

Oliver Speidel clashed with Jamie Pickering for the first time and came out on top. The pot was three-bet pre-flop by Pickering en route to a {7-Spades} {a-Clubs} {6-Diamonds} flop. He c-bet for 49,000 but folded when Speidel raised to 100,000. That pot evened up their stacks.
