Game 2 - McDonald Leads | 2008 Aussie Millions

The first twenty minutes of McDonald v.s. Watson II were relatively uneventful. It wasn't until the blinds went up to 150/300 that the game saw any significant action.

In a recent hand, Mike Watson made it 800 to go from the button and "Timex" made the call. The flop came {10-Spades}

and both players checked.

When the {2-Diamonds}

fell on the turn, McDonald led out with a 1,200 bet and Watson made a quick call. The last card off the deck was the {7-Diamonds}

and McDonald fired a 2,500 bullet that sent Watson into the tank. After some thought, Watson laid it down and McDonald said, "I'll show you one," proceeding to turn over the {8-Hearts}

McDonald is now up to 13,925, leaving Watson with 6,075.
