Chris Chronis Tearing It Up!

Chris Chronis is on fire and has stormed to the tournament chip lead.

His first victim was Andrew Demetriou on a board of {J-Clubs}

. On the flop, Demetriou held the lead with {Q-Spades}

against Chris Chronis' gutshot draw with {10-Clubs}

{8-Diamonds}

. But the running tens gave Chronis trips to snatch the pot and eliminate Demetriou.

Soon after Chronis called the flop push of a short stacked Michael "Sticky" Guttman. The board read 5-8-3 and Guttman flipped 6-5 for a pair of fives but trailed Chronis who held 9-8 for a pair of nines. The turn and river blanked and Sticky also found himself heading to the rail.

Chris Chronis is now over 25,000 in chips!
