So... How Did the 20th Place Guy Bust Before the 25th Place Guy?

It's not that we've lost our minds over here at the Poker News desk. Our Bounty Event today boasts quite a specialized structure and that extends to the payouts. Since we're playing in a shootout format in Round 2, wherein each table plays down to its final two players, the player who is eliminated in 8th place off of each table receives the same prize money, as do the 7th place finishers, etc. etc. One table might lose players more quickly than another-- hence the irregular order of the players in the blog.

So... the first two players to go out on each shootout table win 25th-32nd place prize money. The 6th place finishers on each table win 21st-24th place prize money. The 5th place finishers on each table win 17th-20th place prize money... and so on and so forth until we reach the final eight players.
