Dan Wach Defeats Joe Mckeehen

After taking down the first huge score of the series here at the Borgata Winter Poker Open by winning Event 5, Joe Mckeehen had momentum on his side entering his match against Dan Wach.
As they say though, every ride must come to an end, and Mckeehen's just did when Wach got there on the river.
Mckeehen was already in a one-match hole and needed to win two in a row to advance, something that looked likely when the money went in on the turn with the board reading 
. Mckeehen had a flopped set of sevens with , but Wach was still drawing live with 
for an open-ended straight draw.

The straight was made and Mckeehen was sent packing, with Wach becoming the third player to advance into the Round of 32.
