Menachem Rosenberg Wins Second Trophy in BFPO H.O.S.E for $8,292!
The 2019 Borgata Fall Poker Open Event #13: $340 H.O.S.E has now come to an end and when the last chance saloon had closed for business, it was a familiar face taking the title in Menachem Rosenberg who took home the $8,292 first-place prize, along with a prestigious Borgata trophy.
Rosenberg came into this tournament on a heater after taking home the lions share of an adjusted payout deal just last night in Event #12: $230 Pot-Limit Omaha H/L 8B, where he took down the most cash and claimed his first Borgata trophy.
The Atlantic City, NJ native didn't stop there as he came back tonight with the same confidence that he exuded throughout his first victory, playing his style en route to a back-to-back victory in the BFPO series.
Jim Paluszek put up a valiant effort, grinding a stack on the shorter side of things from six-handed play down to heads-up and showed not restraints leading up to his departure. Paluszek fought as hard as he could, but could not outrun the red-hot Rosenberg, taking an exit in second place for a respectable $4,802.
