According to Alessandro Comi, he opened from early position and was called by both Marco Grandetti on the button and the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of K♦A♥Q♠, and Comi continued for 155,000. He was called twice, so he fired a second barrel to 350,000 on the A♠ turn. This time, only Grandetti called.

The Q♥ landed on the river, and Comi moved all-in for approximately 900,000. Grandetti made the call with a smaller stack.
