Sebastian Saffari Eliminated in 10th Place (€32,984)

Sebastian Saffari = Busto
Sebastian Saffari = Busto
Sebastian Saffari had a spot of bad luck, in that he flopped two pair holding {K-Diamonds} {8-Clubs} while Gino Alacqua had flopped a set of sevens. The chips went in, the set held up and while Alacqua doubled up to around 650,000, Sebastian Saffari was down to just 80,000.

On the very next hand, Saffari shoved from the cutoff and found a caller in Zoltan Toth on the button.

Saffari: {K-Spades} {6-Clubs}
Toth: {K-Clubs} {Q-Diamonds}

Board: {8-Hearts} {A-Diamonds} {3-Diamonds} {5-Diamonds} {2-Diamonds}

Again, a round of applause, and they were down to nine.

Robin Keston Eliminated in 11th Place (€23,408)

Robin Keston - 11th Place
Robin Keston - 11th Place
I missed the pre-flop betting action but Robin Keston and Albert Iversen were both all in preflop. After both players tabled their hands, Keston stood up and grabbed his jacket. He was behind and prepared for an exit.

Keston: {10-Spades} {10-Hearts}
Iversen: {Q-Spades} {Q-Hearts}

The flop was {J-Spades} {J-Clubs} {8-Hearts} . The turn was the {8-Diamonds} and the river was the {2-Diamonds}. Iversen's queens held up and Keston headed to the rail. The British player won €23,408 for 11th place.

Donev V. Toth

An interesting hand between Ivo Donev and Zoltan Toth resulted in Donev being knocked down to 170,000.

Donev raised to 26,000 preflop and was called by both Toth on the button and Martin Jacobson in the big blind; they saw a {Q-Hearts} {2-Spades} {Q-Clubs} flop.

Donev bet out 18,000 and Toth was the only caller; Donev then check-called 40,000 from Toth on the {10-Clubs} turn and 50,000 on the {A-Clubs} river. Donev turned over {A-Spades} {J-Spades} for two pair -- but Toth turned over {7-Clubs} {8-Clubs} for the runner-runner flush.

"Nice hand, sir, you are playing well," said Donev. Toth smirked to himself.
