Crafty Carlsson

Jakob Carlsson limped into the pot first in from the small blind, and Jerome Zerbib knocked the table for a free flop in the big.

The two watched a flop of {J-Hearts} {3-Hearts} {A-Spades} roll off the deck, and they each checked in turn. The turn card was the {Q-Clubs}, and Carlsson led out with 19,000 chips. Zerbib quickly called, and the board filled out with the {7-Diamonds}. Another bet came from Carlsson, 37,000 this time. After a bit of a pause, Zerbib stuck in the calling chips.

Carlsson tabled {Q-Hearts} {Q-Diamonds} to the surprise of everyone at the table. From the looks of it, the set of queens was plenty good enough to win him the pot, and Carlsson moves his way back up to 230,000 after a recent slide.
