After a few orbits of trading blinds and antes, significant action finally broke out.

The first two players kicked in their cards, and Luca Pagano completed from the small blind. Oleksandr Vaserfiner made it 100,000 straight from the big, and Pagano quickly added the matching chips to the pot.

The flop came out {J-Clubs}

, and both players checked. Fourth street brought the {7-Diamonds}

, apparently the action card. Pagano stacked out a bet of 150,000, and Vaserfirer quickly reached for raising chips. He settled on 350,000 and moved them across the line in two towers of blue checks.

Pagano would take his time to mull it over before quietly announcing, "All in." Slowly and steadily, he pulled each 20-stack of chips out and stuck them across the betting line. The total was right around 1.1 million, and Vaserfirer shook his head and eventually folded away his hand.

After that big chip-up, Pagano has moved to about 1.45 million, now hot on the heels of Vaserfirer's 1.6 million.

Vaserfirer Wins with Mystery Hand

Oleksandr Vaserfirer and Alfio "aLFioSn0b" Battisti saw a flop in a small-blind-versus-big-blind confrontation. Vaserfier was first to act on the flop of {A-Diamonds}

and checked. Battisti checked behind.

The turn brought the {J-Diamonds}

. Vaserfier fired 40,000 and Battisti called.

The river was the {6-Spades}

and Vaserfirer check-called a bet from Battisti for 75,000. Battisti instantly mucked his hand, and Vaserfirer was awarded the pot without having to show his hand.

Vaserfirer Wins Another

From the button, Oleksandr Vaserfirer raised to 80,000 and was called by Christophe Benzimra in the big blind. The flop was one of the small, rainbow, connected variety when it came down {6-Spades}

Vaserfirer bet 105,000 after Benzimra checked, prompting an insta-fold. Vaserfirer scooped the pot.

On the next orbit when he had the button again, Oleksandr Vaserfirer made his standard raise to 80,000. Alfio "aLFioSn0b" Battisti reraised out of the small blind to 210,000. Vaserfirer made the call and the flop would reveal a {A-Diamonds}

. Much of the spectators hunched closer to the rail with an action-type flop and a big pot brewing.

Battisti checked and Vaserfirer fired 295,000. Battisti let all the fans down when he quickly mucked his hand, dropping down to 820,000. Vaserfirer is back over two million now with 2.12 million.

Under the gun, Oleksandr Vaserfirer raised to 80,000. His buddy that's been playing a lot of pots with him recently, Alfio "aLFioSn0b" Battisti, called on the button and the two players took a heads-up flop. The first three cards were the {K-Diamonds}

. Both players checked and then the {10-Diamonds}

hit the turn. Both players checked again.

The final card was the {A-Clubs}

. vaserfirer wasn't checking this time as he fired 120,000. Battisti mucked, backing off again from a bet from Vaserfirer, slipping to about 700,000.

Battisti Moves In

Alfio Battisti started it off with an under-the-gun raise to 70,000. Both blinds in the form of Luca Pagano and Oleksandr Vaserfirer came along to the flop.

The dealer spread out {8-Diamonds}

. Pagano checked, and Vaserfirer led out into the pot for 110,000. After some debate, Battisti moved all in for right at 700,000, and that would be enough to win him the pot right there.

Benzimra Bullies Pagano

With the action folded around to the blinds, Christophe Benzimra made it 90,000 from the small before Luca Pagano three-bet to 240,000 from the big.

The flop of {10-Clubs}

drew a check from Benzimra, and Pagano kept the heat on with a small continuation bet of 220,000.

"You cover me?" asked Benzimra. Pagano affirmed, and another minute or two passed before Benzimra acted. When he did, it was a big move with an all-in check-raise. Pagano shook his head and quickly folded his hand.

Benzimra exposed his {Q-Diamonds}

as he raked in that healthy pot. He's up over 1.75 million now, while Pagano has taken a slide back to 1.05 million.
