Can it End Like This?!

While Stelmak was being eliminated from the outer table, one last hand was in play up on the main table, and it became quite possible that Day 5 would end with a massive double knockout to set the final table. Here's what went down:

First in from the button, Alexey Rybin opened with a raise, and big blind Jakob Carlsson three-bet right back at him. Rybin called, and the two men saw an action flop of {K-Clubs}

. Carlsson fired out a bet of 560,000, and Rybin bumped it right up to 2 million straight. Carlsson then moved all in for more than 4 million, and Rybin instantly called to put the largest pot of the tournament up for grabs! Let's see 'em:

Now that's what we're talking about. Middle set runs into the flopped straight, leaving Carlsson dead to a board pair to stay afloat.

The turn {8-Hearts}

was a blank, but it inherently added another three outs for Carlsson. He was looking for any king, queen, ten, or eight to double up through Rybin, and the river {K-Diamonds}

certainly fit that bill.

Finding his dramatic full house on the river, Carlsson has picked up that enormous pot, taking over the chip lead and essentially trading places with Rybin.
