With a flop of all the money went in between Jean Francois Talbot's and Nicolas Chouity's . Talbot needed the case ace to survive but the board came with running and to leave us with just two tables remaining.
Up on the feature table, Emanuele Rugini opened for 100,000 on the button only for Jean Francois Talbot to make it 260,000 from the big blind. Back to Rugini, who took only a second or so to to reraise all in for 1,660,000, their stacks almost even, and Talbot folded without a fuss.
Andrew Chen (early position) and Roger Hairabedian (big blind) got as far as the flop in a raised pot before all the chips went in. Hairabedian bet out 420,000 and a shaky-handed Chen announced all in for just 55,000 more; Hairabedian naturally called and they revealed their hands.
Chen: that classic shaky-hand-maker
Hairabedian: for a flush draw

River:
An incredibly relieved Chen doubled to 1.2 million while a dissatisfied Hairabedian dropped to 1.6 million.
The board was reading where Matt Perrins saw his 85,000 bet check-raised to 260,000 by Josef Klinger.
Perrins made the call before Klinger check once more on the turn. Perrins fired out 210,000 this time and Klinger called this time with the pot now over a million.
On the river Klinger led out for 500,000 with just 340,000 behind and Perrins tanked for several minutes. With a frustrated look down at his chips, the young Englishman mucked his hand to send the massive pot to his opponent.
Ramzi Jelassi moved all-in for about 640,000 and Jean Francois Talbot pushed behind him for around 730,000.
Jelassi:
Talbot:
"All diamonds please," requested Talbot. "Straight flush," replied Jelassi.
Neither got what they wanted on the flop but Jelassi looked happy enough with the turn. But a fatal sent the pot to Talbot and Jelassi was left to make the long lonely walk to the rail.
