When we arrived to see the flop reading , the player in the hijack was already all in for around 22,000, the player on the button all in for 17,000, and recent EPT Vienna finalist Konstantinos Nanos in the big blind had a decision to make.
He ummed and ahhed for some time, and eventually, with a thump, slammed the call on to the felt. He immediately smacked the table when he saw what he was up against, and shouted something that sounded like, "Russian Russian Russian flush draw jacks."

The gent with the jacks tripled up, while the busted Mr. Hijack offered a gentlemanly, "Nice hand, man, good luck," before taking his leave. Nanos picked up the side pot, but still made a considerable loss on the hand. He's down to 23,000.
EPT VIlamoura Winner Toby Lewis will not be adding another EPT title to his trophy cabinet just quite yet.
We didn't catch the action has it happened but we are led to believe that he opened the action with a raise and Luis Rufas called in the big blind. The flop was and Rufas check-called a bet by Lewis. The turn was a King and Rufas again checked and Lewis bet. Rufas check-raised enough to put Lewis all-in and Lewis called.

The river was a 9 and Lewis was eliminated at the hands of the chip leader

Luis Rufas finished in 41st place at this event last year. This year he has his eyes firmly set on a higher finish and at the moment he can do no wrong.
We caught up with him as he took 8,800 from EPT Vilamoura winner Toby Lewis after Lewis folded to a Rufas raise on a flop we didn't quite catch. Then while he was still counting his chips up he nonchalantly looked at his cards and threw 1,425 in for a raise. A player a few seat to his left pushed all-in for 11,275 and after a little think Rufas reluctantly made the call.
Rufas:
All-in Dude:
The board ran out and Rufas added the 11,275 to the stack he was still trying hard to stack up after his last win.
We welcome Mihails Morozovs to the 100 club after his pocket Kings held up against his opponents Ace Queen in a pre flop raising frenzy.
They swapped over a little while ago, so we are now around 20 minutes into our second Level 7.

Johnny Lodden has seen his stack drop to "just" 95,000 after giving his opponent an 8,000 chip gift.
On a board reading , Lodden fired a 8,000 bet and then folded as fast as light when his opponent announced he was all-in.
Santiago Terrazas, who finished third in this event last year behind Carter Phillips and Marc Goodwin, is in a spot of serious bother now.
He was actually in some fairly serious bother already when he shoved for his last 12,075 in mid position to an under-the-gun raise. The gentleman on the button unexpectedly called all in for around 7,000 and the original raiser folded. On their backs, and suddenly things were looking up for the Spaniard as he discovered that he was dominating.
Terrazas:

Terrazas stood up, apparently aware of what was coming...
Board:
The all-in gentleman spiked his queen, and more than doubled up. Terrazas was left with just 5,000 or so.
The three people with the heftiest stacks at Table 4 are Team PokerStars Pro Marcel Luske, Team PokerStars Online Jorge Arias and Ognjen Sekularac.
How have they been doing this year?
Luske has had 8 cashes on the live circuit this year including the 1st place at EPT Vienna in the H.O.R.S.E tournament.
Arias has had two cashes on the live circuit - one of which was at this years world series in a 6 handed event.
Sekularachas has had eleven cashes on the live circuit this year. This includes a 10th place finish at a side event in EPT Vienna a few weeks ago.
All three of them were just involved in a few hands before heading for their lunch break.
Luske opened to 1,300 from under the gun and the players on the button and in the small blind called. The flop was and everyone checked. The turn was the and and again everyone checked. The river was the and this time the small blind led for a bet of 2,400 and Luske called before the button folded.
Small Blind:
Luske: Mucked Face Down
Then Sekularachas opened in early position to 1,500 and he had three callers. The flop was and the two blinds checked the action over to Sekularachas who bet 3,375 and the Button folded behind. The action was then on the small blind, Jorge Arias and he made the call before Luske folded in the big blind.
The turn was the and both players checked this time. The river was the and Arias started to count up a raise when Sekularachas saved him the time by folding. Arias showed a pair of queens for a full house.
Arias ~ 64,600
Sekularachas ~ 131,000
Luske ~ 72,750
