From under the gun, Team PokerStars Pro Lex Veldhuis raised to 2,500. Action folded all the way around to Mohamad Kowssarie in the big blind and he made the call to take the flop out of position against the Dutch pro.
On the flop, Kowssarie checked and Veldhuis checked behind. That prompted the dealer to burn and turn the . Kowssarie checked a second time, but Veldhuis wasn't about to check back this time. He fired 3,000 and Kowssarie called.
The river completed the board with the and Kowssarie checked. Veldhuis bet 8,000 and Kowssarie made the call.

Konstantinos Tsirakidis opened to 2,700, and only Jennifer Harman called to see a heads-up flop. It came , and Tsirakidis continued out with another 3,200. Harman raised to put him all in, and Tsirakidis spent a long while in the tank. Some table chatter broke out between him and his neighbors, and we were distracted for a moment by another hand at the adjacent table while he considered the decision for the ~18,000 he had left.
When we looked back, Tsirakidis had folded, and someone (we think Harman) had showed ace-jack.
On the flop, Jen Harman called a bet of 7,000 from her opponent before the landed on the turn. Both players checked here and the fell on the river to complete the board. Francesco Zufferli raised to 2,200 to open the pot from early position, and Theo Jorgensen called before Hugo Loureira shoved all in for 16,700. Next door, Liv Boeree made the overcall, and Zufferli called as well. Jorgensen ducked out of the way, and there was live action between Boeree and Zufferli going to the flop.
They checked through the , and Boeree bet 10,200 on the . That bet was called, and the river went check-check again.
Boeree tabled to win the side pot, and Loureira's ace-king was no good. He's out, and Boeree has worked herself up to about 160,000 with that pot.
From under the gun, Dmitry Motorov raised to 2,500. Damien Rony and Pier Paolo Ruscalla called from middle position, Peter Jetten called from the cutoff seat, Markus Ristola called from the button, Massimiliano Forti called from the small blind and Edmilson Tavares Muniz De Oliveira called from the big blind. Only Massimo Di Cicco and Casey Kastle had folded preflop.
The flop came down with seven players in action. Play checked around the table to Ruscalla and he fired 8,700. Everyone folded back to Rony and he called to see the turn with just about 24,000 in chips behind.
The turn was the and Rony checked. Ruscalla set him all in and Rony called after about 20 seconds.
