Hairabedian's Tournament Comes To An End

"Big" Roger Hairabedian has been eliminated from the EPT Prague Main Event in cruel circumstances.

Ben Warrington opened from the small blind, then called when Hairabedian three-bet all in from the big blind. Warrington turned over {A-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and he ws up against Hairabedian's dominating {A-Clubs}{J-Clubs}.

The {q-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop missed both players, but the {4-Hearts} turn and {6-Diamonds} river completed a runner-runner straight for Warrington and Hairabedian was eliminated.

Bevand Binks a Double

Manuel Bevand was full of smiles after he got his stack going back in the direction he so desires.

He was in the big blind and three-bet all in for 183,000 after Danilo Donnini opened from the button. Call.

Donnini: {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}
Bevand: {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

The board ran {5-Spades}{2-Spades}{k-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{3-Spades} locking up the hand for the Frenchman by the turn.

Kokoska Jams With Just King-High

Lodden (Day 3) thinks that was a great shove...#forhischipstack
Lodden (Day 3) thinks that was a great shove...#forhischipstack

Team PokerStars Pro Johnny Lodden opened to 20,000 from the cutoff seat, Robert Kokoska three-bet to 48,000 on the button, and after the blinds released, Lodden called.

The flop fell {6-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}, and Lodden checked. Kokoska continued for 40,000, and Lodden check-min-raised to 80,000. Kokoska mulled the decision over for a bit, then announced all in.

Lodden tanked for 30 seconds or so, then made the call.

Kokoska: {k-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}
Lodden: {k-Spades}{j-Diamonds}

It was all over when the {3-Clubs} turned, and the {6-Spades} on the river gave Lodden a full house for kicks and giggles. Kokoska was eliminated, while Lodden rocketed up to 1.275 million chips.

"Table change," Fabrice Soulier said after the hand, grinning.

Former Champion Back in Business

Roberto Romanello turned up for Day 4 slightly late due to him being stuck in traffic, but it has not caused him many problems; in fact quite the opposite is true.

"All in and a call on Table 2" informed the dealer.

We sped over to Table 2 to find Romanello all in with {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades} against the {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} of Jonathan Khalifa. By the river the board ran out {q-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} and Romanello doubled up.

Hanowski Flush With Chips

Martin Hanowski scored more than a double up after big action when four players saw a {a-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} flop.

Enrico Tau was the pre flop aggressor and he continued for 53,000 from the hijack. Hanowski was next to act and he raised to 120,000. That was enough to force out Johnny Lodden in the small blind but not Jorma Nuutinen in the big blind who moved all in. Tau moved out of the way to leave Hanowski to call all in for 277,000.

Hanowski: {j-Clubs}{9-Clubs} for a pair and a flush draw.
Nuutinen: {a-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} for top two pair.

The German got instant service as the board ran out {5-Clubs}{j-Spades} to make him his flush.
