O'Dwyer Runs Into Greenwood's Set

Level 2 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Steve O'Dwyer
Steve O'Dwyer

Sam Greenwood raised to 3,000 on the button, Steve O'Dwyer three-bet to 12,500 in the small blind, and Greenwood called.

The flop came 5K6 and O'Dwyer continued for 7,000. Greenwood called.

The 2 fell on the turn and O'Dwyer bet 20,000. Greenwood again stuck around to see the 8 river, where O'Dwyer bet 62,000, leaving himself just one red 500 chip behind.

Greenwood moved all in and O'Dwyer tossed in his last chip. Greenwood showed him 55 for a set and O'Dwyer mucked AK before making his exit.

Thomas Boivin was also recently eliminated after Daniel Dvoress called his river all-in shove with aces and sixes. "Are you disappointed the ace came so you couldn't just call him with a six," tablemate Sam Grafton said.

"I wasn't calling turn to fold river," Dvoress replied.
