Soren Kongsgaard raised to 4,000 under the gun, most of his stack. it folded around to Praz Bansi in the small blind, who threw 6,000 in, enough to cover Kongsgaard -- but short of a minimum raise, and with the big blind yet to act. All the players agreed that Soren was all in, Praz was calling and the big blind was folding, but to the annoyance of all at the table, the dealer insisted on calling the floor over for a ruling anyway.
