Sam Greenwood Eliminated by Ole Schemion
Level 9
: 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante
As we walked up to the table, Sam Greenwood was already put to the test by Ole Schemion for all of his chips. The board read and Greenwood had checked from the big blind to his German opponent in the hijack. Ole had bet 100,000 and was effectively asking Greenwood to decide for his tourney life as the Canadian pro had about 71,000 left.
Greenwood thought for some time and eventually made the call. Ole instantly showed for the nuts and Greenwood mucked.
Greenwood told us that Ole had checked back the flop, and Greenwood had lead out on the turn where Schemion had called. So check check on the flop, bet by Greenwood and call by Shcemion on the turn, and check call all in on the river by Greenwood.
