Leroy Soesman Doubles Up, Tung Huynh Eliminated

Leroy Soesman has been on a short stack for a while now, frequently moving all in and surviving by taking down the blinds and antes. When the action was folded to him in the small blind, he pushed in again, this time without looking at his cards. Fellow Dutchman Rolf Slotboom, in the big blind, was very tempted to call, but ultimately decided to muck his {5-Clubs}

. When Soesman finally looked at his hand, he discovered he held {10-Hearts}

.

A few hands later, Tung Huynh moved all in from middle position and Soesman moved all in behind him. Once the blinds folded, Huynh flipped up {3-Hearts}

and was dismayed to see Soesman's {J-Spades}

. The board ran out {A-Hearts}

and Huynh was eliminated. Soesman is now up to 50,000... and not a moment too soon with only eight eliminations to go before the money.

Runar Runnarsson Likes Pocket Aces
