Horacio Courdin Eliminated in 30th Place

Horacio = Busto
Horacio = Busto
Monster hands.

Horacio Courdin shoved all in for his last 22,000. Dominik Nitsche called from the big blind.

Dominik: {5-Hearts} {2-Hearts}
Horacio: {4-Spades} {2-Spades}

"Yes!" shouted Dominik when he saw Horacio's hand.

The flop was {A-Hearts} {7-Hearts} {2-Clubs}. The turn was the {9-Hearts} and Horacio was drawing dead. The river was a meaningless {3-Diamonds}. Dominik added a few more chips to his already massive stack, while Horacio headed to the rail.

Twenty-nine players to go as we're approaching the money bubble. The top twenty-seven places pay out price money. The next two eliminations? They go home with nothing.

Daniel Alfredo Bizoza Doubles Up

"My pocket jacks lost, but I can still levitate objects..."
"My pocket jacks lost, but I can still levitate objects..."
We're on the cusp of the money bubble. And if you're a short stack, it's one helluva time to pick up pocket aces. Daniel Alfredo Bizoza did just that. He shoved for this last 30,000. Eduardo Oscar Camia quickly reraised all in.

Daniel: {A-Clubs} {A-Spades}
Eduardo: {J-Spades} {J-Clubs}

The flop was {A-Diamonds} {8-Spades} {6-Spades} and Daniel unleashed a fist pump. The turn was the {6-Clubs} and the river was the {4-Diamonds}. Daniel Alfredo Bizoza doubled up and Eduardo Oscar Camia was crippled.

Walter Oaquim Eliminated; now Playing Hand-for-Hand

Walter Oaquim
Walter Oaquim
With an enthusiastic band of Brazilians shouting encouragement from the rail, Walter Oaquim wasn't able to make his pocket nines hold up against his opponent's {J-Spades} {10-Spades}. The {4-Hearts} {J-Clubs} {6-Spades} gave his opponent the higher pair and when the board ran out {Q-Hearts} {6-Hearts} Oaquim was knocked out.

And with that, we're down to twenty-eight players and the floor is explaining that we'll now be playing hand-for-hand.

Eduardo Oscar Camia Is Eliminated on the Bubble

Out on the Bubble
Out on the Bubble
After losing an earlier confrontation with Daniel Alfredo Bizoza, Eduardo Oscar Camia saw his tournament end one spot from the money by the same man. All the money went in on the flop with Camia holding {K-Spades} {Q-Spades} to Bizoza's {9-Clubs} {4-Diamonds}. The {9-Diamonds} {5-Spades} {7-Spades} on the flop put Bizoza in the lead and when the board ran out {2-Clubs} {8-Clubs}, Bizoza won the pot and Camia won the unfortunate title of bubble boy.

We're in the Money!

The remaining twenty-seven players are guaranteed to win at least $14,120. That's a nice payday considering that most of the field were online satellite qualifiers.
