Gualter Salles eliminated
Gualter Salles eliminated
Gualter Salles was just eliminated when his {J-?} {10-?} failed to overtake his opponent's {A-?} {Q-?}. The button had raised and the small blind flat-called before Salles moved all in from the big blind. After the button folded, the small blind made the call and was the one who eliminated Salles.

Sol Power

Sol Bergren raised from the cutoff to 5,800 and Rory Graham called from the big blind. The flop came down {A-Hearts} {8-Hearts} {3-Clubs} and Graham checked. Bergren fired 6,000 before Graham raised to 16,000. Bergren made the call and the two players would see a turn card.

The turn brought the {4-Diamonds} and Graham checked over to Bergren. He fired 35,000 this time, sending Graham into the tank for a few minutes. After puffing on his unlit cigar and contemplating his decision, Graham mucked his hand.

Pardon Me, I'm the New Chip Leader

We're referring to Rogelio Pardo, your new overall chip leader with right around 365,000 in chips.

Holding a pocket pair of aces, Pardo watched a {7-Hearts}{J-Hearts}{A-Spades} flop come down in a hand against a single opponent. Pardo told us he check-raised his opponent, who then three-bet all in. Pardo made the call and found himself up against his opponent's flush draw: {Q-Hearts}{8-Hearts}.

The turn blanked {4-Diamonds} and Pardo filled up on the river when the {J-Spades} came, securing him the pot.

C-bet Works for Gomes

Felipe Ramos raised to 6,000 before Alejandro Gonzalez made the call. Ramos was in early position and Gonzalez in middle position. Dykes Strikes Back

Fred Dykes
Fred Dykes
Fred Dykes is back up over the 300,000 mark after winning a recent pot.

On a board showing {Q-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{10-Spades}{5-Hearts}, Dykes called an opponent's 13,000 bet, opting to see the river, which brought the {K-Diamonds}.

Action was then checked to Dykes who fired a sneaky-looking 10,000 bet on the end.

"I can't fold this," his opponent said. "I put you on a monster or just a jack," he added, tossing two blue (5,000) chips into the middle.

Dykes quietly turned over the {A-Spades}{Q-Spades} which proved good, and he raked the pot, bringing his total to 315,000.
