Ross Doubles, Still Short
William Ross moved all-in preflop from the small blind for his last 118,000 or so and was snap-called by Terrence Chan in the big. When the cards were turned up, Chan was in a dominating position:

The flop was no help to Ross and neither was the on the turn. In order to stay alive Ross needed to catch a deuce on the river, and that is just what he did when the hit. Both the crowd and Chan seemed stunned by the lightning deuce. After the hand Chan was left with around 200,000 while Ross doubled to 236,000.
