In the official PokerStars LAPT Chile National Poker Championship program, a bit is written about the venue, which we thought we'd share with you:
"Thirty years ago, Enjoy took over one of the oldest gaming centers in all of South America. Today, Enjoy's Vina del Mar Casino is the top casino in the country. People come from far and wide just to spend time at the casino and the resort around it. Take a look around you this week, and you'll have no problem seeing why this is such a popular destination."
"To start, the Enjoy casino is surrounded by a five-star hotel. The 60 rooms are some of the best in the city. Looking to relax? Just check out the Enjoy spa for a luxurious massage. When you're ready for a bite to eat, there are six wonderful restaurants here to serve you. Finally, when evening comes and you want a little fun, the casino has more than poker to offer. The Enjoy casino has 48 table games and some raucous and fun Bingo contests."
Waldermar Barrientos opened to 5,300 under the gun and found three callers before action was on Ryan O'Donnell in the small blind. After a few moments, O'Donnell three-bet to 18,000.
After the big blind folded, Barrientos took about 30 seconds before re-raising all in for about 125,000. The callers could not fold fast enough, putting the action back on O'Donnell. He ducked out of the way as well, giving the pot to Barrientos .
