Boeken Loses Lots

Seated in middle position, Noah Boeken raised to 5,000. Action folded to Jasper Meijer on the button and he put in 5,500, thinking he was opening the button as he hadn't seen Boeken's open. Dealer Jean-Pierre gave him back the 500 extra and Meijer acted like he had simply put in too many chips. Both blinds folded.

Boeken checked on and Meijer bet 6,900. Boeken called and check-called another 17,300 on the turn. The river came the and Boeken checked for the third time. Meijer bet 31,800 and Boeken went deep into the tank.

Boeken, who won the €10,000 High Roller last night, reluctantly called.

Meijer showed for a full house, Boeken mucked what he claimed was the nut flush.
