After a raise by the hijack to 14,000, which was called by the cutoff, Umit Sadi on the button also made the call. The odds were favorable for Erdem Gundogan in the big blind, who called as well.

For example, after an open to 11,000 by Fausto Tantillo, which was called by Moncef Karoui in the cutoff, Guimond squeezed from the button to 43,000. His two opponents folded, and he collected a few chips.
