Michele Guerrini raised to 6,000 from middle position and was called by a player in the hijack as action folded to Yiannis Liperis in the small blind. Liperis, down to his last 14,000 moved all in.
Guerrini then reraised to 45,000 and the cutoff folded to leave him and Liperis heads-up.

flop, but Liperis was still ahead with his ace-kicker. The board ran out 
and the player in the cutoff flung his arms in the air in frustration at the sight of the ace on the river as Liperis stayed alive.
