Seiver Struggling
Sitting in the big blind, Seiver called a standard pre-flop raise made by Derek Raymond. Both players checked the flop, with Seiver again checking on the turn. On a board of , Raymond bet 78,000. Seiver called. Both players checked the river. Raymond turned up . Seiver shook his head, peeked at his cards, and mucked.
Cliff Josephy, to Seiver's left, was standing up from his chair and typing on his phone. Seiver thought Josephy may have caught a glimpse of Seiver's cards.
"You see my old ace-three suited in the hole?" Seiver asked.
Josephy shook his head no, then added, "He couldn't have beat you by any less."
