The river completed the board with the J♠ and Cervantes got up from his chair while the other two were still active in the hand. They looked up but he didn't even turn around and quickly made his way out of the tournament area.
Dethomasis fired a bet of 7,000. Thatcher considered it for a while before opting to fold.
Dethomasis tabled the 6♥6♦ for the pair of sixes for the dealer to reveal Cervantes held K♥2♣ for a pair of deuces.
