Kathy Liebert has been in rare form here today. She's been the life of the party at her own table, and she's been frequently spotted bouncing out of her chair to go spy on some of the pros around the room. Most recently, she stopped off at the table of Daniel Negreanu (a vegan) and offered to buy him a cheeseburger.
Well, you won't be hearing a peep out of Liebert for the next half hour. She has just accepted an even-money bet for $300 that stipulates she won't say a word for the rest of the level. Liebert can say, "Bet," "Fold," "Raise," "Call," and use numbers for her bet amounts. That's all. Liebert's strategy for getting through this half hour with her mouth closed? A steady intake of Sour Patch Kids.
We must say, things have gotten awfully boring over there at Table 5 with Liebert's silence. At least there's Twitter.
