Shuffle Up and Deal!

Cards are in the air. Players will start with 40,000 chips and blinds at 300 and 600. Levels are fifteen minutes long, with blind increases to 400/800, 600/1,200, 1,000/2,000, 1,500/3,000 and 2,000/4,000.
